But there comes a time when the lesson has been integrated and the story itself no longer serves us.

The Aquarius Full Moon invites us to recognize the difference.

This Aquarius Full Moon reminds us that freedom begins the moment we stop identifying with stories we have already outgrown.

Sometimes we become so familiar with a story that we forget it is only a story.

It becomes the way we explain ourselves.

The evidence we use to justify what we believe is possible for us.

We may continue seeing ourselves as the person who was rejected, disappointed, overlooked, misunderstood, or forced to prove their worth.

Even after the experience has passed, the identity can remain.

But you are not the story.

My Full Moon Release Ritual

When I recognize a story I am ready to release, I write it down.

Not the person.

Not the circumstance.

The story.

The belief.

The fear.

The emotional attachment I have been carrying.

I ask myself:

What did this experience make me believe about myself?

What part of that belief am I still carrying?

Who might I become if I no longer needed this story?

Then, when I feel ready, I flush the paper away as a symbol of returning that energy to the Universe.

You may also choose to tear it up, safely burn it, bury it, or release it in another way that feels meaningful to you.

The method matters less than the intention.

As I watch the story disappear, I quietly say:

I am complete with this lesson.

I no longer choose to carry this experience through the old story.

I consciously and unconsciously release every emotional attachment to it.

I release the need to repeat this lesson in order to learn from it.

I choose love.

I choose peace.

I choose freedom.

I choose a new way of being, free from this energy, moving forward.

I trust that what I needed to learn has already been received.

And so it is.

What We Are Really Releasing

Remember:

We don’t cut the cord to another person.

We cut the cord to the version of ourselves that believed we still needed the story.

Sometimes that story has been carried consciously.

Sometimes it has been carried unconsciously.

Either way, when you are ready, you can choose to put it down.

You do not need to hate the past to release it.

You do not need to erase what happened.

You do not need to pretend it didn’t affect you.

You only need to recognize that it no longer gets to define you.

Because the story may explain where you have been.

But it does not get to decide where you are going.

The Story Ends Here

Not because the past didn’t matter.

Not because the experience wasn’t real.

Not because you have forgotten what it taught you.

But because it no longer gets to write your future.

The lesson can remain.

The wisdom can remain.

When we pay attention to these subtle responses, networking becomes more than an exchange of introductions, job titles, and contact information.

It becomes an opportunity to strengthen our intuition.

Check In With Your Intuition

As you move through each conversation, pause for a moment and simply notice.

Simply pay attention.

One conversation will not tell you everything.

People reveal themselves over time.

Some will challenge you to think differently.

Some will encourage your growth.

Some will introduce you to opportunities you never expected.

Some will become collaborators, mentors, clients, or lifelong friends.

Others may simply share one idea that stays with you long after the conversation ends.

Every person has something to teach you if you are willing to pay attention.

Ask a Different Question

The next time you attend a networking event, meet someone for coffee, or simply strike up a conversation, pause for a moment.

A new astrological chapter may be inviting us to stop searching for permission and begin trusting the wisdom already speaking within us.

For the last fourteen years, we’ve been learning to listen.

Now, as Neptune moves into Aries, I believe we’re entering a new chapter.

The last Neptune in Aries cycle ended in 1875. Whenever I see a transit that hasn’t occurred in such a long time, I pause.

Some astrological shifts invite us into an entirely new way of relating to ourselves.

For me, this one feels less about becoming someone new and more about becoming intentional about leading our own lives.

When Did We Stop Trusting Ourselves?

So often, we crowdsource our decisions.

We ask friends what they think.

We search Google.

We scroll through social media.

We look for someone else to tell us what something means or what we should do next.

There is nothing wrong with gathering information. Other perspectives can help us see things more clearly.

But I wonder:

At what point did we begin trusting everyone else’s voice more than our own?

One of the things I notice when I mentor people is that the moment their intuition becomes clearer, they often rush to find someone else who can explain what they’re experiencing.

I’ll gently ask:

“Who wrote the information you’re reading? Do you know them?”

Not because learning isn’t valuable.

It absolutely is.

But sometimes, we’re not looking for knowledge.

We’re looking for permission.

Permission to believe what we’ve already received.

Intuition Rarely Arrives With Fireworks

Intuition rarely announces itself dramatically.

It usually arrives as a whisper.

A gentle nudge.

A passing thought that quietly floats into your mind.

A feeling you can’t quite explain.

An image that keeps returning.

These moments can be easy to dismiss because they often appear so subtly. We may assume that if something were truly meaningful, it would arrive with certainty, urgency, or undeniable proof.

But intuition does not always work that way.

The more we pause and acknowledge these subtle moments, rather than immediately dismissing them, the more familiar we become with the unique language of our own intuition.

And then something beautiful happens.

The nudges do not necessarily become louder.

We become better listeners.

Learning the Difference Between Fear and Inner Knowing

As we become more familiar with ourselves, we begin recognizing the difference between fear and inner knowing.

Fear often feels urgent. It circles the same possibilities, searches for certainty, and demands an immediate answer.

We begin trusting ourselves enough to take that step, not because someone else approved it, but because something inside us quietly said:

Take a few quiet moments with the following questions.

There are no right or wrong answers. This is simply an opportunity to become more aware of where your inner voice may already be guiding you.

1. Where in my life am I waiting for someone else’s permission before trusting what I already know?

2. What gentle nudge have I been receiving that I’ve continued to dismiss?

3. When I seek advice, am I looking for wisdom, or am I looking for someone to validate what I already know?

4. Who would I have to become to trust myself just a little more?

5. What is one intuitive nudge I can honor this week?

You may want to write your answers in a journal, sit quietly with them, or simply notice which question creates the strongest reaction within you.

That reaction may be worth listening to.

The Real Invitation

Maybe Neptune in Aries isn’t asking us to become different.

Maybe it is simply reminding us that our intuition has been speaking all along.

The Strawberry Moon and Mercury Retrograde are arriving together, and I don’t see that as something to fear.

I see it as an invitation.

An invitation to slow down.

To notice what is ripening.

To become more present with what you are creating.

The Strawberry Moon reminds us that growth is already happening, even if we cannot see the full shape of it yet. Ideas are ripening. Creativity is blooming. Something you have been nurturing may be ready to take form in a new way.

Maybe it is a dream.

Maybe it is a relationship.

Maybe it is a business, a move, a decision, or a version of yourself you have been quietly growing into.

This moon asks us to recognize what has been developing beneath the surface.

At the same time, Mercury Retrograde encourages us to slow down, reflect, and become more intentional.

Whenever I catch myself rushing, overthinking, or trying to do three things at once, I gently touch my thumb and middle finger together.

It is a simple mudra I use to remind myself to slow down, come back into my body, and reconnect with my intuition.

It takes seconds, but it changes the energy of the moment.

It is a gentle reminder to pause.

To take one conscious breath.

To come back into this moment.

I often use it before I answer a text, begin a session, write a post, or make an important decision.

Especially with the Strawberry Moon inviting us to move with intention, and Mercury Retrograde encouraging us to slow down and notice the details, this tiny practice helps me remember to be fully present.

Sometimes we think clarity comes from doing more.

I have found it often comes from pausing.

Your hands can become an anchor.

A simple reminder to breathe, notice, and trust yourself before taking your next step.

Lately, I’ve been thinking about reworking my book.

And interestingly, I’ve kind of been dancing around it.

Not because I don’t want to do it.

Not because I’m avoiding it.

It just hasn’t felt like the right moment.

And instead of making that mean something is wrong, I’ve been noticing something else:

Maybe timing matters.

Maybe not everything needs to be forced through logic.

Maybe some things arrive when the body, the mind, and the spirit are finally ready to meet them.

With Uranus entering Gemini, there is an invitation to notice what is changing in the way we think, speak, listen, write, and connect.

But again, not every awakening comes like a thunderbolt.

Sometimes it’s quieter.

A thought that keeps returning.

A conversation circling back.

A sentence you write and then reread because something in it feels true.

A place your attention keeps going, even when you try to move on.

Venus in Gemini says:

“Let’s talk about it.”

Taurus reminds us:

“Stay grounded.”

And somewhere between the two, we may find the shift we’ve been feeling.

Not through pressure.

Not through overthinking.

Not by forcing clarity before it’s ready.

To bring that connection even more in, press your index finger to your thumb and make circles, really being in this particular moment. The people in your life, the conversations you’ve been having, the ways we’ve been communicating — all of us.

But particularly you in this now moment, without trying to figure anything out, just start to notice.

Let one person come to your awareness.

No need to choose someone, just whoever naturally comes to your mind. And as you think of them, notice how your body responds. Is there a sense of ease, warmth, softness? Or perhaps something else — tightness, heaviness, a sense of distance? There’s nothing to fix. Just notice your reaction, your body’s reaction.

And now gently ask yourself, how do I feel after connecting in my mind with this person?

Or when I speak to this person, or text this person? Do I feel supported? Do I feel understood? Do I feel heard? Or do I feel disconnected, like something’s missing? Or do you feel drained? Let whatever comes up just be okay and just notice it.

Now let’s think of another person.

Again, no effort. Just noticing. Feel the difference in this connection. The energy, the tone, the way your body responds. Some connections may feel steady, reciprocal, nourishing. Others may feel more surface-level or require more energy than they give. And it isn’t about a judgment. It’s just about an awareness, an awareness of what serves you, what nurtures you.

Now gently bring your attention back to yourself, your own energy, your own presence.

And ask, what kind of connection am I really ready to nurture? What feels meaningful to me in this now moment?

Take one more slow breath in while we’re in this space and let it all just come out easily. And when you’re ready, start to wiggle your toes, wiggle your fingers, let go of your index finger and your thumb. And remember, connection isn’t just about staying in touch.

It’s about how it feels, how it supports you, who you are becoming.

There’s something incredibly powerful in what you shared, that realization that love given so early in life still lives inside of you, even when the memories themselves are soft or unreachable.

You may not remember every moment with your mother, but your nervous system remembers.

Your heart remembers.
The way you love, nurture, connect, protect, and long for deep bonds… those things were formed in the safety of being loved by her.
