The Full Moon Is Coming⦠And So Is the Energy
It may seem a little early to start talking about the full moon, but if youāve been feeling the shift already, you're not alone. The energy is thick. Saturn, Neptune, and Pluto are all in play right now, which brings a deep undercurrent of transformation, clarity, and karmic realignment.
Most of the time, as we approach the full moon, I lean into my usual rituals: letting go, clearing, releasing old patterns. And donāt worry, Iāll talk more about that in a moment. But today felt different. Today, I woke up with the impulse to send out a clear message to the universe.
A message not about what Iām done with, but about what Iām ready for.
What Bread Has to Do With Manifestation
So I made bread.
And I know, youāre probably wondering what baking has to do with cosmic alignment or spiritual manifestation. But hear me out. Thereās something deeply symbolic about the act of baking. You gather your ingredients with intention. You mix and knead and wait. You let it rise.
Manifestation is like that.
You canāt skip steps.
You canāt ignore ingredients.
You need clarity, space, intention, and a willingness to trust the process.
As I measured out the flour, sprinkled in the yeast, and added water, I found myself reflecting on what I was āmixing inā to my life right now. What energies I was calling into my home. What support, abundance, joy, and connection I wanted to see more of in my own life and in my familyās.
Step One: Clearing Space (Even If Itās Just Your Wallet)
One of the most overlooked steps in manifestation is the clearing.
You canāt fill a space thatās already cluttered.
Sometimes this means cleaning your home.
Sometimes it means deleting old files or cleaning out your inbox.
Sometimes it means emptying and organizing your wallet.
Energetically speaking, you are making room. Youāre showing the universe and yourself that youāre ready to receive. That youāre creating space for something new, something better, something aligned.
The Toilet Paper Ritual (No, Really)
Letās talk about letting go. This is one of my favorite practices before a full moon, and while it might sound a little out there, just stay with me.
I grab some toilet paper (yes, literal toilet paper), and I write down all the things Iām ready to release.
Old thoughts that are no longer serving me.
Limiting beliefs.
Relationships or habits that just feel heavy or outdated.
Once itās all down on paper, I flush it.
Literally.
Gone.
Sometimes I burn these papers too, though Iāll admit, after one near fire scare, flushing feels much safer.
Writing What I Am Calling In
After Iāve released the old, I write a second list. This time, itās all about affirmations. What I do want.
Some people like to place these affirmations under their doormats, symbolizing the entry of energy into their home. I like that idea, but for me, I prefer to bring those affirmations directly into my body.
Breathwork, the Body, and the Heart
With all the cosmic movement lately, my usual grounding rituals like walking barefoot in the backyard havenāt been cutting it. So Iāve turned inward.
Iāve started using breath.
Running energy through my body.
In through the crown of my head, down my spine, around, and back up again.
And as I do this, I focus on my heart.
I make sure that every affirmation I speak is rooted in love, compassion, and expansion.
I speak as if the things I desire are already here.
Because in some way, energetically, they are.
The Power of Awareness
Since beginning this more intentional practice, Iāve noticed something.
Over the course of the month, my awareness shifts.
I start noticing what Iām looking for.
I recognize opportunities, signs, and alignments that match my intentions.
Itās like tuning a radio. Suddenly, Iām dialed in.
Whatās Next
So if youāve been feeling the energies rise even before the full moon hits, trust it. The cosmos is whispering. And you donāt need to wait until the exact lunar peak to start aligning yourself.
Clean your space.
Let go of the noise.
Speak what you want, clearly and with heart.
And maybe, just maybe, bake some bread. š
